Apex Rush 2024

Distances and Start Times:

• 21km Race: Starts at 7:00 AM

• 14km Race: Starts at 7:50 AM

• 7km Race: Starts at 8:30 AM

• 1km Kids Race: Starts at 11:00 AM

 

Race Day Details:

• Check-In: Opens at 6:30 AM at Crowley Lake. Please arrive early for check-in and warm-up.

• Warm-Up: Join us for a group warm-up session 15 minutes before your race start time.

• Aid Station: An aid station will be located about 3km into the course, stocked with water, gels, electrolytes, and snacks.

 

Parking

Parking is limited so please carpool if you can.

• 21 km Runners have a spot to park near the start at Crowley Lake, please check the map below.

• 14 km and 7 km Runners will get shuttled in from Parking lot 2 on Raft Lake Road, see the map below for the location.

• All kids racing can park at the parking lot near the event. See the map below.

 Crowley Lake is a highlight of Kivi Park, featuring a new trail that circles the lake, providing runners with stunning water views and a variety of natural terrains.
